・Returns


Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone since delivery of your items unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If more then 30 days have gone by since the delivery of your orders unfortunately you are not eligible for returns.

Additionally your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, otherwise we cannot consider this as a valid return. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) :
Item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
 


・Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds will be processed only for issues regarding quality of the item/s or if the wrong item/s has been delivered.

We do not process refunds if the variant or the size ordered is wrong. However, in this case, we do offer solutions to upgrade the product e.g. bigger size (extra fees will be applicable). 

 

・Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@e-bazaart.com.
 


・Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@e-bazaart.com

 

・Wrong Address

Our fulfilment process is fully automated, therefore, you have 24 hours to make any address changes. 
Please be aware, If you confirm your address and we are still unable to deliver your order, your products will be discarded.
In this case, we can offer you two options:
1- After confirming your address, you will be charged an additional 30% of the total amount to reship the order.
2- You will be refunded 70% of the total amount.

 


・Shipping

To return your product, you should mail us at support@e-bazaart.com and we will provide our address for returns, if applicable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
